Avoncourt have been producing trays for the Meat Industry for 20 years. Most of the trays we supply are for cooked meats suitable for flow-wrap or stretch wrap applications. In the last 2 years, we have introduced a variety of sealable trays with high-barrier properties and plan to grow our range significantly this year
Flow-Wrap Trays
Flow-wrap trays for sliced meats come completely plain or have a meshed finish. All have denesting features suitable for high-speed automatic production lines.
Sealable Trays
Available in high-barrier materials such as PP/EVOH/PE, this type of packaging can give up to 26 days shelf life on cooked meats. Standard APET/PE and PVC/PE materials are also available
Stretch/Cling Over-Wrap
These trays are produced with a distinctive ‘Rolled-Edge’ which strengthens the tray stopping the film pushing it inwards when wrapped.
