We use two different types of denesting features to ensure 100% pick rates.

Below is a stack of trays with A/B features (this can be A/B/C depending on the size of the tray). This small feature is in different positions on alternate trays ensuring a clear gap between each one.

Here is a stack of trays with ‘undercut’ denesting features in the corners. This is a simple ‘reverse step’ which sits on the tray below, again ensuring a clear gap is between the trays.
